Broadway Experience: Blue Man Group!

Enjoy a fun, audio-described performance by BLUE MAN GROUP — best known for their wildly popular theatrical shows and concerts combining comedy, music, and technology. Transportation departs from Vision Forward at 1:15 pm. Register by Wednesday, January 4.


Practical Self-Defense

Twice a month, Wednesdays,
January 11 and 25, February 8 and 22, and March 7 and 21

Second-degree black belt Mario Quadracci helps you enhance your balance and spatial awareness as you learn practical self-defense techniques adapted from traditional Japanese martial arts. You will receive a membership to the Genbukan World Ninpo Bugei Federation and a white belt, with the opportunity to earn advanced belts. Beginners welcome!


Walking for Wellness

Twice a month, Thursdays,
January 12, 26, February 9, 23, and March 8, 22,
8:30 – 10:30 am
Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Rd.
One time $10 pedometer fee, $2 per session (or $15 series)
Enhance your personal wellness and confidence as you learn ways to develop a safe, indoor walking routine. You will receive your own talking pedometer and join the Mayfair Mileage Club. Log your miles to earn t-shirts, gift cards and more. Transportation available from Vision Forward departing at 8:15 am.


How to Manage Life with Changing Vision

Do you have changing vision due to macular degeneration, glaucoma or other eye conditions? This course focuses on strategies for successfully living with changing vision. Gain emotional support and an exchange of coping skills, while addressing change, adjustment to vision loss, and self-advocacy.

Therapeutic Water Exercise

Thursdays, April 19 through June 7,

Explore the therapeutic benefits of water exercises in a zero depth walk-in pool.  Individualized instruction and guides are provided. Bring swimming attire.  Transportation available from Vision Forward departing at 7:15 pm. Space is limited, register no later than February 15.
